Louisville Housing Market Reports for October 2010

Shelby County real estate is one of the only areas that is seeing home sales close to 2009 levels.
Activity is down in almost every area in Louisville, KY. Roughly half the areas are seeing improvement in home prices. Expect activity to continue its languid pace as the Holidays approach.

Home values dipped in late summer to rebound in October, while sales putt putt along. - Louisville KY Housing Report: Area 1: Downtown/Old Lou./Shively/West Lou./Butchertown
Prices continue to drop in this downtown area as volume trails significantly behind previous year. - Louisville KY Housing Report: Area 2: Butchertown/Highlands/Germantown
Sales continue to be depressed even as values trend upward. - Louisville KY Housing Report: Area 3: Clifton/Crescent Hill/St. Matthews
