Activity is down in almost every area in Louisville, KY. Roughly half the areas are seeing improvement in home prices. Expect activity to continue its languid pace as the Holidays approach.

• Louisville KY Housing Report: Area 0: Central Downtown District/Old Louisville
  Home values dipped in late summer to rebound in October, while sales putt putt along.
• Louisville KY Housing Report: Area 1: Downtown/Old Lou./Shively/West Lou./Butchertown
  Prices continue to drop in this downtown area as volume trails significantly behind previous year.
• Louisville KY Housing Report: Area 2: Butchertown/Highlands/Germantown
  Sales continue to be depressed even as values trend upward.
• Louisville KY Housing Report: Area 3: Clifton/Crescent Hill/St. Matthews
  Home sales are weak but values see 4th straight month of improvement.
• Louisville KY Housing Report: Area 4: Pleasure Ridge/Valley Station/Shively
  Values return to trendline but the number of homes sold in this area is a small fraction of previous year.
• Louisville KY Housing Report: Area 5: Auburndale/Fairdale/Iroquois Park/Shively
  Home values are dropping from summer high as activity quite limited.
